Debi Burrows was one of the first graduates of the BE (Business Empowerment) San Antonio program and is celebrating 15 years in business. She has gone through the two-year Mentor-Protégé Program, currently teaches the marketing class for the program and has successfully mentored one class participant and will start to mentor her second protégé in September of 2017. Participation in the City of San Antonio’s Bonding Assistance and/or Mentor-Protégé Program is a means to foster positive long-term capacity building skills for small business enterprises.
